How soon can candidates see my post?
Right after you pay.
BehavioralHires publishes the opening the moment Stripe confirms checkout, with no approval step in between.
How many days does a single post run?
30, counted from your purchase date.
Filled the position before then?
Let us know and we'll remove it.
Am I signing up for recurring billing?
Not with a single post.
You pay once, it never renews, and there's nothing to sign.
The multi-location slot plans are the exception: they bill monthly, you can cancel them whenever you want, and your posts remain up until that billing period ends.
What exactly is a slot?
Each slot holds one live post.
On the 10-slot plan you can have as many as 10 posts up simultaneously, for any mix of roles and sites.
Once a position is filled, point that slot at another opening.
Swaps are unlimited and free, and nothing on the plan expires while it's active.
What if I want to stop my slot plan?
Cancel whenever you like; there's no minimum commitment and no contract.
Posts stay visible through the billing period you've already paid for.
Founding Partner pricing is guaranteed for 24 months, as long as you remain subscribed.
Leave and come back later, and you'll pay whatever the pricing is at that point.
Which payment methods work?
Stripe runs our checkout and takes every major credit and debit card.
Your card number never reaches us, and we don't keep it on file.
What if I need to change a live post?
Email support with the correction, whether it's a new pay range, a different credential requirement, or an updated apply link, and we'll edit the post for you.
Are refunds available?
A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full every time.
Anything else has a short window, since your post starts running the moment you pay.
