The pay range, credential, or apply link changed. Can you fix it?

Sure. Write to us from the same email you checked out with, name the job, and say what should change or whether it should come down entirely. We handle the edit on our end.

Something about my charge looks off.

The refund policy spells out which purchases are eligible. If yours fits, reply with the Stripe receipt number and we'll take it from there.

Is there a fee or a sign-up?

No to both. Searching the board and clicking through to apply cost nothing, and you never have to create a profile.

I applied. Why haven't I heard from you?

Because your application never passes through us. Apply sends you to the hiring organization's own page, so questions about status or interviews belong with that employer.
